Step 1: Attract New Customers

The first step is all about getting new faces through your door. The most effective way to do this right now? Facebook ads. Whether it’s a birthday offer, a “new mover” special, or a classic coupon, Facebook ads let you target the right people in your area. But here’s the key: don’t just run ads—make sure you’re capturing customer information (name, email, phone, birthday) when they respond. Use a landing page or Messenger to collect this data so you can follow up.


Step 2: Build Your Loyalty Program

Once you’ve got a new customer, don’t let them slip away! Enroll them in your loyalty or VIP program. This can be as simple as a text-to-join system, an online form, or even pen and paper for those who prefer it. The goal is to build a database of your customers so you can communicate with them directly, send them offers, and make them feel like VIPs.


Step 3: Plan and Execute Ongoing Marketing

Now that you have a list of customers, it’s time to keep them engaged. Plan your marketing calendar at least three months in advance. Send regular emails and texts with promotions, event invites, and special offers. Use your loyalty program to deliver these messages and give your customers reasons to come back more often and spend more when they do.
